A year of results, investment in employees, teamwork and successfully implemented projects in Titan Usje's operations for this 2024 was the focus of the recent “ Communication Day with employees”. 2025 will be a year of transformation for Titan Usje, which will be marked by our commitment to decarbonization, digitalization, a strong focus on customers and, most importantly, the development of our employees.
Next year 2025 we will also celebrate our 70th anniversary - leaving a lasting mark on the industry and society. At TITAN Usje, we believe that we build for the future, we care and we build to last:
- The safety and well-being of our employees is our priority. We have created a safe working environment for all our employees, receiving the highest National Award for Health and Safety at Work.
- We create and implement projects with a focus on community care. Our new digital initiative “Innovatorium – club of advanced knowledge and skills” reflects our commitment to the well-being of our children and the local community. It is a testament to teamwork and a shared vision for investing in future generations – a project we are immensely proud of.
- Titan Usje is a leader in digital transformation. Through continuous investments in digitalization and modernization, TITAN Usje is one of the six finalists of the Group Ideation Challenge competition for 2024 and won the “Leaderboards” Award for the largest number of applications with the most innovative projects from our employees in this competition.
- During 2024, we managed to make significant investments in new production technologies that contribute to reducing carbon footprint, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental care.
