Education is the driving force in the society that creates changes, promotion and advancement. Therefore, in framework of the Partnering with Schools Project, Cementarnica USJE organizes visits and tour in the company as well as direct acquaintance with the employees and the management. The pupils became acquainted with job position, working environment, behavior, responsibilities, and everyday activities.
Our aim is to help these young people in finding out their interests, talents and dispositions through direct presentation of the professions, occupations, work positions, functions and responsibilities in our Company.
At the beginning of December, 30 pupils of eight grade from Primary School “Kuzman Josifovski Pitu” from Kisela Voda Municipality had the opportunity to visit the Department of Finance and the Quality Department (laboratory) and directly to meet the employees and the managers and were introduced the activities and responsibilities of these departments. The pupils asked different questions: What subjects should I study to work in the laboratory? Do I have to have a faculty degree or I could work with secondary school? I want to be a marketing manager; do you need marketing managers in your company? Detailed answers by managers and employees in Cementarnica USJE AD contribute in making the decision of this young students’ professional orientation.
