On October 9th, 2013 USJE took part in the first local "Career Expo 2013" organized by the Youth Council of U.S. Embassy in the Republic of Macedonia.
At the event, well-known diplomats, successful businessmen and distinguished workers from the non-governmental sector gave motivational speeches. At the Career Fair and Workshops all the participants had the chance to meet representatives from different companies and talk to them about internship or job opportunities. Also the participants had the chance to attend different workshops held by non-governmental organizations in Macedonia.
This concept is closely related with our goal to contribute to the development of young engineers in the country by improving their knowledge and practical skills with internships and scholarships to local and international universities. USJE, being Employer of choice, aims at providing opportunity to the students for a direct contact with our people and to learn more about USJE as well as employment opportunities for the future.
