On April 5th, 2013, about 15 high school students from the Center for children without parents “11 Oktomvri” Skopje at the age of 14 to 18 visited our Plant.
Through a tour around the production facilities, they learned how we make cement and how we control its quality.
The students had the opportunity to visit our Quality Department (Lab) and get directly acquainted with the employees and the management and their job position, responsibilities, and everyday activities.
The visit was part of the AmCham project for support of the children from the Center for children without parents “11 Oktomvri” Skopje, where they have been directly introduced to our operations and processes, which would help in improving their understanding of the occupations and job positions in real life and a real company for easier identification of their potential future professions.
Support to education and to the youngest generations is one of the top priorities of our corporate social responsibility policy and we are always ready to offer educational opportunities to the youth of our country.
