Developing people and especially young people is integral to who we are.
In 2015 the TITAN Group co-initiated the European Pact for Youth (Pact4Youth), a mutual engagement of business and European Union leaders, which aims to support quality internships and apprenticeships that safeguard youth employability and inclusion. In keeping with the Group's policies, at USJE we implement an Internship Program geared towards attracting talented young people who are willing to learn and gain practical knowledge in a real work environment.

A number of completed internships have resulted in permanent employment at USJE.
