Through the Partnering with Schools Project, launched in 2010, Cementarnica USJE follows its continuous commitment to support the local community through collaboration and creating long-term partnerships with local institutions. Specifically, through this project, the company is investing in improving the conditions related to the health and safety of students and teachers, as well as improving the environment in primary schools and kindergartens in the Municipality of Kisela Voda.
In recent years, Cementarnica USJE has invested significant funds and other resources in the reconstruction of the facades and other facilities of schools in the Municipality of Kisela Voda, improving their energy efficiency and working conditions, and similar efforts have been made in all facilities of the municipality's two public kindergartens. In addition, tree planting and yard landscaping campaigns were organized with these educational institutions' staff and students.
Moreover, building materials were donated to help build a sensory garden for students at the Skopje School for the Visually Impaired "Dimitar Vlahov" in the Municipality of Kisela Voda, which enabled this school's students to develop all their senses, and the project also included the Special School "Zlatan Sremec", which is located in the municipality.
